Cable Chef with Hamon

Hand forged from 1 1/8" high carbon steel cable, this chef knife (gyuto) has a 6 3/4" (170mm) edge, is 11 11/16" (296mm) overall, and features a hamon. Blade width is 1 5/8" (41mm), with a thickness 1/16" (2mm).

The handle is figured walnut with dark red G10 liners and stainless steel pins.

The knife comes packaged in a padded zippered pouch.
