San Mai Kitchen Pair

This pair of San Mai kitchen knives are forged from a 1084 core with 15n20 cladding. The larger is 13 1/4" (334 mm) overall with a 9" (227 mm) cutting edge. The smaller is 10 3/16" (259 mm) overall with a 6" (153 mm) cutting edge. Both blades feature matching handles of stabilized sky blue curly maple and blue curly maple with post beetle tracks. They are accented by black G10 liners and separators with stainless steel pins. This set comes with a custom black walnut block.
